The article "Bush's Independent Commission: Exonerating the Spooks" has been removed because it contained a reference which falsely asserted that Khaled Binmahfouz was the brother-in-law of Osama Bin Laden and that he was a part owner in Delta Oil.

These erroneous references were first reported in "Mail on Sunday", which recently lost a libel case against Mr. Binmahfouz on this issue.

Progressive Trail strives for accuracy in its opinion pieces, and regrets any harm this may have caused Mr. Binmahfouz. Additionally, we would like to congratulate Binmahfouz on his decision to donate damages obtained from "The Mail on Sunday" to UNICEF.
